Complete required labs, X-rays, and any tests needed to be cleared for surgery.
Reduce or stop smoking and alcohol. Ask your doctor about adjusting diabetes, blood pressure, or blood-thinning medications.
Arrange a licensed adult driver and someone to stay with you for 24 hours after your procedure.
Shower the night before or morning of surgery. Avoid makeup, nail polish, and jewelry. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
